Tagalog translation: Updated content on about vaccines page, coronavirus FAQs, and boosters page

Issue Description

We made changes to our English COVID pages with updates from SMEs. We need to translate this new content into Tagalog and update those pages.

We also removed content from our boosters page but nothing was sent to the translators.
