User Story
As a platform user, I need to understand how the Insights analytics requests work so I can more efficiently receive analytics support for my veteran facing product.
As an Insights team member, I need to know how requests are coming to me and how to triage these requests so that I can properly prioritize support work.
Goal
Determine and document current process, pain points, and potential solutions to triaging analytics support work and analytics storyteller requests.
