Kristin will combine all of the domains into one IA ticket, but all of the domains will be broken out into individual content tickets. All of medical records will go through the regular collab cycle ticket together.

Remaining questions:

• What exactly does the requested note for screen reader users need to say? (This was a new request via slack with Lexi, we'll need to connect directly with a11y on this)
• Why is the actual content of "admission and discharge summary" called only "discharge summary"?
