The ticket doesn't yet have anyone assigned that I can reach out to directly or escalate to their manager.
@Samara-Strauss and @blacktm we are experiencing a blocker with getting this request addressed. It was submitted on SNOW, see link to ticket here though not sure if you are able to access. The ticket being blocked due to no response is also reflected in screenshot in prior message in thread. We need a point of contact for VA Infrastructure for hosting an application for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) automation to monitor CSP counts.
Do either of you know a POC or possible channel to follow up on this ticket?
@SophiaPhilipMO I had a chance to regroup on this with @blacktm, and we think it's best to close this ticket for now. Tom and I need to figure out what data we need before we can direct this or any related work.
Issue Description
The login.gov adoption team, stakeholders, and VA leadership need to review data and analyze CSP counts and CSP method changes to track login.gov adoption.
User Story
As a Product Owner I want to know the total user counts by CSP accessing the va.gov ecosystem as we progress through the migration So that we can track adoption.
