Set up Domo Workbench

Issue Description

This is a new process to introduce a new datafeed into Domo cloud to support the Login.gov adoption Dashboard. Domo Workbench is an on-premise, Windows only, solution for routinely uploading data from various data sources to Domo. Currently Domo Workbench is installed on an engineer's GFE as a proof of concept. We need the Domo Workbench to be able to access the VA network shared drive to monitor for when CSV files are added to folders: [vacohsm01.dva.va.gov](http://vacohsm01.dva.va.gov/)\VACO_Workgroups\Information & Technology\OCTO Digital Experience\ETL

i.e. To add to what Melissa provided. It was recommend to us (by Domo Reps) to use the Domo Workbench windows native exe app to monitor and upload CSV files from a VA network drive. The Domo Workbench supports jobs to detect new files and trigger jobs to upload data into the VA Domo cloud instance. We need help finding a server to host the Domo Workbench application such that our team can all access it.

• [ ] Melissa and Steve can access the server hosting Domo Workbench. We can launch the application and schedule a new job that accesses a CSV file on the network drive and uploads the CSV file into the Domo cloud instance.
