Task Description

Current appointment list has a few issues when accessed on screenreaders:

It's difficult to navigate via headings
Some of the information is grouped in a way that adds extra noise to the experience

Work with CAIA and the dev team to:

Prototype improved semantic structure
Make any needed design changes

[ ] Codepen prototype of proposed base semantics, not including styling
[ ] Mockups of design changes
