Description

We should come up with a solution for testing code in lower envs before it's released to prod.

Ideas

[ ] utilize more feature flags?
[ ] Do we want instant CD to prod?
[ ] Test in preview envs instead of how we do so in dev/staging.

[ ] ADD SUCCESS METRICS HERE

Somewhat, but not exactly. Just want a way to test code in lower envs before CD to prod, but it may be the case that we just rely more heavily on the preview envs and feature flags
