VFS Product Directory Improvements

Description

The product directory was launched with a long-term maintenance plan to be handled by the QA Standards team. After the reorg and subsequent disbanding of this team, the directory floated for a while, but was gaining traction with users. The product directory has now been taken on by the front end COP to apply improvements and maintenance to ensure it meets the needs of the users on the platform.

User Story

• As a consumer of the VFS Product Directory, I want to be able to find the information that I need about a specific product so that I can contact the appropriate people on that product team
• As a member of a VFS Product Team, I want to be able to update my product's information to help provide a reliable reference for people who may have questions about the state of our product.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] VFS Product Directory accurately reflects the current state of what is considered a product on the VA.gov platform
• [ ] VFS Product Directory entries have all been reviewed/updated by their teams based on current OCTO guidance
• [ ] VFS Product Directory has a clear process established and documented for how and when new products are added to the directory
• [ ] VFS Product Directory has a clear process established and documented for how and when products are removed from the directory

Look at existing Product Directory/Atlas to see if we can actually improve our product directory. We think there maybe some parallel work being done on one of the IRR teams.
