[UX] Create a sitewide intake ticket (resource page update) for adding travel pay information on the resource page

User Story

As we get closer to a national release for travel pay capability, we need to fill out a sitewide intake ticket to alert the sitewide team that changes need to be made on the resource page and the link at the bottom of the page: "Learn how to file a claim for travel pay reimbursement".

Tasks

• [x] Create a sitewide intake ticket.
• [x] Tag Misty Milliron-Grant, Kristen McConnell and Danielle Thierry on the ticket.
• [x] Post the ticket link in the #sitewide-content-ia clack channel, tagging the same people listed above

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Release date for travel pay is noted in the intake ticket
• [x] Misty, Kristen, and Danielle (or necessary people) are tagged on the ticket
• [x] Link to ticket is posted in the slack channel
• [x] Link to the ticket is placed in this ticket
