Description

The Sprint 30 Retrospective surfaced some frustrations about things getting lost in Slack and how Slack can be distracting for focused work. There are a few people on the team who offered suggestions of practices that work for them, it seems like it would be beneficial to document some of these best practices and conduct a session to help share that knowledge out with the broader team.

Tasks

• [x] Conduct Research (Optional)
• [ ] Compile & Organize Best Practices and Tips & Tricks on Confluence to share w/ Team Members
• [x] Schedule a Lunch & Learn (we are going to do weekly slack tips and tricks instead of a lunch and learn)
• [x] Conduct & Record the Lunch & Learn (NA... there will be record in slack and on confluence)

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Document on Slack Tips & Tricks is available
• [ ] Lunch & Learn has been conducted
• [ ] Lunch & Learn recording has been made available on the Confluence page
