Shared the following questions in Slack with the team

1. Is Nursing Home Official specific to a role and how is it recognized at a nursing home? Who can sign as a NHO?
2. Are spouse’s of a living Veteran able to submit this?
3. What kicks off this form needing to be submitted? Since only a nursing home official can submit this, do they need consent from the Veteran or family member?
4. How will a nursing home official land on this page? How do survivors or spouses of a living Veteran learn about this form?
5. Content on the proposed page is phrased as if a Veteran can fill this out, but my understanding is only someone from the nursing home can fill out this form so that can be confusing.
6. I am a little confused by the order of the Medicaid questions/the options available for these questions and so was wondering if you can walk me through it. My thought process is what about folks who might have applied, but are still waiting to hear back about for their case?
