... PDF form is 25-8832 Digital form is 28-8832

Both should be referenced as the same form. Which number is correct? I believe form 25-8832 is the correct number.

Reproduction steps

  1. Visit Educational and career counseling
  2. review form number when applying by mail
  3. click to 'apply for career counseling'
  4. review form number in breadcrumbs, page title, etc.

Proposed solution or next steps

Update form number to be consistent or if purposeful add clarity for our observant users.
