Issue Description

Laura and Lily met with VADIP business line (Edward, Charles, Roderick) to discuss a request they first made several months ago to add content to VA.gov to help Veterans compare benefits of different dental plans.

When they send the full info for this request, we'll assess whether this makes sense as an R&S page.

@strelichl we're about to have to reach out to this team (like today even) about creating a family member version of this page. So if they do in fact still want this work, that will probably reopen that conversation. I'll update here once we get a response from them about the family member version. If they don't raise this request again, I think we can close — this isn't high priority to take on.
