Hey folks, we are seeing a big drop off in user completion rate of ITF controller starting around 2pm today. Need help verifying if this is an incident or what systems might be affected (vets-api, SSOe, TIC, etc)

An EVSS maintenance window was scheduled for Sunday 08/13 between 3pm to 7pm. The maintenance was canceled, however the maintenance window remained in place, causing a big drop off in user completion rate of ITF controller.

The maintenance window was canceled and ITF traffic is now recovering.
