Add Modals for Deleting and Editing Objects in Atlas #63971

Description:

As part of improving user experience and enhancing functionality, we need to implement modals for deleting and editing objects in Atlas. Currently, the process of deleting and editing objects in Atlas lacks a user-friendly interface, and adding modals will help streamline these actions.

Objective Alignment

Objective: This aligns with O1: Our digital experiences are the best way to access VA health care and benefits OKR This aligns with OKR3: All new products have a faster transaction time than those they replaced

This should probably be converted to an Epic, we have to discuss the work more then break it down.

Bring this to Support, are there any design elements that they would like to see? We are BE, and not fancy but we will do our best.

At this point (5/21/2024), this ticket has been deemed more aesthetic than functional, it doesn't provide anything further compared to existing functionality. Per Alyssa in support, it does not impact anything the Support team is doing, and @LindseySaari concurs that it can be closed.

  1. Create shared modal
  2. Add icons for modals. (font awesome icons could work)
  3. Add modals for all actions for each class: Products, TeamMembers, Teams, Github Teams, Individuals, Users
