Requested access to Service Now with Steve Albers on 8/24/23 for Megan H. Submitted a ticket for Salesforce access on the VA side today for Megan H.
Salesforce access cannot be provided without PIV access. TEAMS access needs to be provided by Chante. Medallia access is not required for this team member.
No movement on this as of yet. PIV is needed to complete access requirements.
@Kimberley2023-CSM I updated the status to "blocked" until Megan obtains her PIV card.
