The following page is linked to from the Comparison Tool. It needs to be reviewed to determine if it should be migrated, and if yes, how the content should be structured.

@jenniferlee-dsva @Karak888 This is an older ticket from the end of the rewriting work last summer. This is an info page about the GIBCT, wondering if if should be reviewed for parity with the tool and ultimately retired? You can close this issue if this is not the right time to handle this page and postpone it to the Tier 2 work.
