Issue Description

Request a Midpoint Review to confirm prototype or mockup aligns with existing VA.gov patterns and standards and to ensure the product is ready for successful research activities.

We are in review with Research ops. Our blocker has been with Sketch. The goal is to start research October 16th.

We have been given access to Figma , and I am transferring the design artifacts from Sketch to Figma. Upon completion we will share the latest prototype with ResearchOP team for user testing approval.
