Issue Description

SiteImprove found a broken link on our About COVID-19 vaccines page, the hyperlink for "Learn more about COVID-19 vaccine effectiveness on the CDC website." It's broken in all 3 languages.

[x] Update About page in Spanish (Ana)

[x] Publish (Megan)
