Design | Identify where pension and DIC need to be added to 686 pages/form

Issue Description

Some of the static pages associated with the 686 form fail to mention that updated dependents will also impact pension and DIC benefits (and not just disability).

We don't need to review View Dependents because the language discrepancies only occur when talking about changes, right?

Closing the loop here - Ajia documented changes in red stickies throughout this Mural. I've notified CAIA with a thread on how best to split up the work and collaborate.

This ticket can be moved to complete, and we should create a new ticket for implementing the changes within the 686c to our backlog. cc @steele-lm @ajialeilani
