[AWS] After navigating to the parameter store, I'm seeing the error User: arn:aws-us-gov:iam::008577686731:user/Anita.DeWitt is not authorized to perform: ssm:DescribeParameters on resource: arn:aws-us-gov:ssm:us-gov-west-1:008577686731:* with an explicit deny in an identity-based policy and it continues to try to load the parameter store. Am I missing additional access?
