Here’s how to book your travel:

• Use the attached 1-Concur Travel Guide & 2-OCTO Offsite 2023 Companion Travel Guide documents. These are step-by-step guides for booking travel in Concur. The companion guide has corrections and data you’ll need – the step numbers in it correspond to the main 1-Concur Travel Guide.
• On step 34 in the 1-Concur Travel Guide, you’ll need to also upload the attached 3 documents: o 3-ITT OCTO Offsite 2023 o 4-Travel Approval OCTO Offsite 2023 o 5-PA Hotel Tax Exemption – NOTE: This doc is mostly complete, but you'll need to fill in the yellow highlighted fields before uploading. We'll have copies printed at the offsite to give to your hotel.
