Goal

Communicate to VSOs that proactive outreach is happening, since some Veterans could decide to go the VSO route to apply if they responded to the outreach.

Recommendation from Lauren that I want to note here: When we do this, the pension team may also be interested in supporting/collaborating etc, as it seems that a big percentage of Veterans file for pension through VSOs
