The user finds a several subheadings titled "Image of the medication or supply." [the number of instances this subheading appears depends on the number of refills listed] In all cases for all medications filled through the VA, the user sees a dropdown option titled "Review Image." This suggests to the user that an image is available to review. In all cases and for all medications, the users sees "No Image Available" when they click on the "Review Image" toggle.

Please either provide the user with an image or replace "Review Image" with wording that informs the user that no image is available without requiring the user to toggle. Please correct this for all occurences and for all medications.

Per conversations at the 10/12 Staging Review, the launch-blocking label has been removed and Platform will no longer enforce that this issue be resolved prior to launch. However, please confirm once launched that this issue does not exist in production and was only identified due to limitations with data in lower environments.

Confirming that while images didn't appear in staging test data, they will appear in production. We also adjusted the tool so that "No image available" appears instead of the "Review image" additional info component in the case where no image is available.
