Platform Issue

Content causes the user's keyboard focus to get trapped

Issue Details

When following the instructions to press Enter to focus on a link, the keyboard focus gets trapped on that link. The only way to remove focus is with the Esc key.

Platform Recommendation

Interacting with the link should not cause the user's keyboard focus to get trapped. The traditional method of using Tab should allow the user to change focus, as they may not recall the instruction to press Esc.

This is noted as a priority for Chatbot team to address with MSFT, but will address post Rx skill launch.
