@wayne-weibel - We are looking for an official confirmation via email or a screenshot from a security officer.

@wayne-weibel - I think since you may have a previous investigation that meets the requirements, things are tricky. However, there should still be an email with an official investigation status mentioning that you are good to go.

Perhaps that is what your contact, Kimberly, may have access to? or perhaps can request from the VA PSAC folks.
