Audit SOCKS Access #68482

Description

On a casual scan of the list of authorized keys -- https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/devops/tree/master/ansible/roles/dsva-config/files/authorized_keys

It looks like there may be some users who remain authorized who should not be authorized. We should audit this list to determine if some users access to SOCKS should be removed.
