Background

During Midpoint review, we received SHOULD feedback on the Confirmation page.

Confirmation Page

• Inconsistent Wording:
  • The two question headings at the bottom of the page [“What are my next steps?” And “What if I have more questions?”] use “my” when addressing the user.
    • In previous pages of this project, the VFS team used “your” when addressing the user (please consult the Introduction pages for examples). The VFS team should be consistent in the way they address the reader.

Noting that my recommendation is that updates happen before staging. 1010 team will determine if this will be feasible given their timelines - may have to happen V2

The VFS team should be consistent in the way they address the reader. We'll plan to adjust this headers to be statements before staging review. This is the sketch comment with this feedback. There is also an ongoing conversation about the use of questions on form confirmation pages.
