Once we have defined with MVP project definition, we should obtain approvals from:

Comms (Kate, Adam)
OBA approval (via Karla, Josh)
VHA privacy officer

@buddhima-coforma - FYI, I created this ticket based on Shannon's recommendation that we should get sign off on the overall project definition and plan.
