@rakeshmaurya563 - Please change that email to a secondary/alternate email (perhaps your bylight email?). The automation well then pick this up as a new entry instead of trying to replace your current one.

Also - please add a screenshot of the EQIP Transmittal Confirmation instead of copy-pasting that info.
