Issue Description

Datadog access has been granted, now need to configure the frontend to send app monitoring Datadog.

After receiving datadog access + being added to the benefits portfolio team, I will now need to be approved for write access to create a dashboard.

From what I gathered via old Slack discussions, it looks like @Tinu has sole power to make these changes. I've notified her here.
