Instrument MHV landing page to collect anonymized user data into analytics

User story

As a Cartographers team member, I want the landing page to send anonymized data related to user type to analytics, so that we can prioritize future personalization work based on the actual prevalence of user types.

• In an ideal world, we would pick the platform where we would want to segment the analytics we're using for strategic work.

Acceptance criteria

• Anonymized data related to a landing page visitor's user type can be reported on in the analytics platform as unique users and/or percent of users having that attribute

We got what we needed for account use cases by adding an event to the va-alert component. Any further data needs should be identified as they arise.
