10 months ago @vbellissimo In the design there appears to be three links included within the parenthesis on these three items:
- Claim for Special Monthly Pension (VA Form 21-2680)
- Claim for Medical Nursing Home and/or $90.00 Rate Reduction Request (VA Form 21-0779)
- Claim for Fiduciary Assistance (VA Form 21-2680)
If these are links, can we please include the link details in the acceptance criteria? Please include each url, whether they should open in a new tab, or download a pdf in the browser.

Description
On the Apply for Veterans Pension page, for both the Not Authenticated & Authenticated versions of the page, update the content and links, as shown on the designs.
User Story
As a Pension benefits VA team, we need to update the Prepare section of the copy on the Apply for Veterans Pension page, so that users know about the additional forms applicants might need to submit based on their situation.
