Summary

We will be rotating MPI prod certs and will need to have our PR's merged in during the Out of Band deployment.

Severity

High. The certs expire on the 26th, with the Thanksgiving holiday the week before the 26th its imperative we rotate these production certs well ahead of time to minimize any potential outage time related to the cert rotation.

A few hundred users
