As a designer I want to quickly explore ways Veterans are introduced and select a decision review pathway So that we can test validity of alternate solutions

Background

Based on the synthesis of the enhancements research, there is a inconsistent and incomplete knowledge of decision review pathways before starting the form.

• Knowledge of decision review pathways vary greatly (9, 17, 18, 20).
• Additional content around decision pathways supports SOME, but not MOST Veterans (8).
• Not all veterans engage with lengthy content deeply and thoroughly. As currently presented, this content and context doesn't help DOERS. Doers need this content more broken down and presented more simply (12, 13).
• Some gaps exist around use cases and rationale behind different decision pathways, and how long different pathways are (14).
