Hi there, this PR removes va_online_scheduling_descriptive_back_link toggle flag from vets-api. https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/vets-api/pull/14538

It was successfully merged into main yesterday but I still see the flag in the staging flipper admin site, https://staging-api.va.gov/flipper/features/ and in the production admin site https://api.va.gov/flipper/features. Can someone please remove the flag from the staging and production admin site? Thank you!

removed Flipper Feature va_online_scheduling_descriptive_back_link from Staging and Production. Verified in Flipper UI toggle has been removed.
