This is part of an annual process for Content to update the current rates pages with the latest information for 2024 as it goes into effect Dec. 1, 2023 and move the current rates (2023) to past rates. The ticket for this work can be found here, #69331. The final step is for IA to review if any best bets can be created and/or updated to highlight the latest rates pages.
