Configure Google Map API token in LHDI environments #71427

Once we're onboarded and deployed to LHDI we'll need to make sure out Google Map API tokens are being consumed into the front end app via secure secrets files.

[ ] QA (MO token should work)
[ ] Dev (MO token should work)
[ ] Prod (this will require token generation from someone at VA)
