Issue with Flipper User Removal Button Not Displaying

We've identified a problem with the flipper functionality. When specific user emails are enabled for a particular flipper, the button to remove these users from the enabled list is not visible. Although the markup for the button is present, it appears that the styles necessary to display the icon are either broken or missing. This issue might be related to the octicons library being removed or a similar styling conflict.
