@jwowk We have been asked to exclude VVC and CVT appointments from eCheck-in; will VeText be able to handle this exclusion for the 45-minute reminder?

This fix was completed by Lee and released to prod today. The details have changed a bit since this ticket was created. We are now excluding CVT VVC and Phone stop codes from BOTH day-of and pre-check-in. Leaving this in validate so folks have an chance to chat about it here in the ticket after they are back from the holiday break.
