When trying to update the import for the Toggler from 'import { Toggler } from 'platform/utilities/feature-toggles';' to 'import { Toggler } from '@department-of-veterans-affairs/platform-utilities/feature-toggles';' I ran into the following error : Module not found: Error: Can't resolve '../../../platform/utilities/feature-toggles/index.js/Toggler' in '/Users/peri.mclaren/Documents/repos/vets-website/src/applications/claims-status/components'.

I think there might be something wrong with the index file. Should this file be a .jsx? I think babel is looking for a .js .
