Create a findings report and corresponding presentation deck for internal and external shareout.

[x] Discussion session with stakeholders to agree on the elements of the report
[x] Update VSO persona to reflect findings (see Personas Mural). Put the persona in a separate Mural (or other tool) that can be shared out.
[x] Review current state map and make any revisions to reflect findings (see Current State / Future State Mural)
[x] Review comparative analysis and make any revisions to reflect findings (see Comparative Analysis)
[x] Create report document and link out to the rest of the team
[x] Draft document
[x] Create presentation deck that contains the content from the report and share link out to the rest of the team
[x] Draft deck
