7 months ago Noting here: OCTO leadership let us know the static benefit page and tool landing page fall under CAIA's umbrella, we're conducting several initiatives on static content this year and will be revisiting YR content as part of that. So, we'll keep these insights and recommendations to incorporate at that later date, instead of collaborating with IIR on this now. I'll move this ticket to backlog for future reference, and thank you to the team for your work and flexibility.
Also linking the original research for future reference and will add to the YR search tool intake when we have that.

From a technical perspective, Yellow Ribbon has been through multiple iterations and could benefit from a technical overhaul to modernize along with preparing the codebase for long term ownership and ease of updates.
Desired Outcomes Eligible veterans will have the ability to learn about what the Yellow Ribbon Program is, determine if they qualify and find up to date participating Yellow Ribbon Schools where they may be interested in attending.

Note: We work on nearly every OCTO product and manage all unauthenticated content on VA.gov, so we will need to prioritize intake requests based on overall workload and VA and OCTO priorities.
