7 months ago The 530 team doesn't have an MVP launch date yet - it may be in the next few weeks. This is a checklist of tasks in preparation and the (tentative) static page updates we'll need to make before the launch.

Tasks ahead of incremental launch

[x] 530 team needs to confirm is this form will actually launch incrementally (1/24 sync)

[x] Let VBA stakeholders for 530 form know we'll use this alert on the static page for this form.

[x] We'll also need to update information under the headers "Is there a time limit for filing?" and "What documents do I need to submit with my application?" to align with the form updates and information about time limits for unclaimed remains.

[x] Create a SharePoint document with content in two ways - users who will see the updated online form and users who won't see the updated online form. Share with engineer and PM.
Widget checklist

- [x] Have engineer toggle the widget on and off so that copy editor can review the widget content and confirm everything is there. If there are any updates to the content (i.e. something is missing), content and product teams need to be mindful that the updates we'll have to go out with the next deploy.
**When the team launches the form to user, they'll need to let us know and we can publish the page.

If the users will need to review the entire form - this is the tentative alert content:

If you started applying online before November 8, 2023, we have some new questions for you to answer. And we changed some questions, so you may need to provide certain information again that you entered before.
If the user doesn't need to review the entire form, we'll still need an alert since there are some folks who may have in-progress forms, but we can likely get rid of the last sentence.

Content under question "What documents do I need to send with my application?"
We can update the answer to be more aligned with the updated form intro page for the incremental launch or hold on this until we're at 100%.
For post MVP, we should consider further updates to this page, like moving up the "How to apply" section and adjusting the question "What documents do I need to send with my application" to be something along the lines of "What information do I need to apply?" Or we can consider doing larger updates on this page to align with more recent "How to apply" pages.

Issue Description
We'll need to make updates to these static pages ahead of the MVP launch of the 530 EZ form updates.
How to apply About form page For MVP we're going to go ahead and make updates to that only relate to the form updates.
After MVP launch, we'll continue a conversation with our OCTO POs about other updates to the page and begin a larger IA and content conversation re: how we define certain terms on this page, where to place the eligibility information, etc. This is a backlog ticket.
