IPP - Update VHIC Features List

Problem:

Currently, the list of features for the VHIC is the same as the DL and state ID card in the Proofing Agent Application. How might we identify the features unique to a VHIC to guide the Proofing Agents when they review this type of documentation?

User Story:

As a Proofing Agent, I need to know the criteria for an authentic VHIC so I can properly evaluate this form of identification during in-person proofing.

Acceptance Criteria:

GIVEN I have signed into the Proofing Agent application WHEN I view the 'Select ID Type' drop down on the 'Validate ID' screen AND select Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC) AND click 'Validate document' THEN I see the following list of features of the VHIC:

• Polycarbonate card body
• Service logo
• American flag icon
• Identity barcode
• Photo of member
• Inventory control number (backside)
• Property of US Government (backside)
