[Design] My VA C&A: Slim alert banner coordination

Background

As a designer, I want to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders related to slim alert banner usage so that My VA can effectively implement the component to improve Veteran experiences.

This is a continuation of efforts from #71290.

Tasks

[x] Sync with Benefits team on any possible updates related to the slim alert banner
[x] Clarify process for contributions to VADS, determine our role (if any) with that
[x] Document prospective use cases for My VA
[x] Discuss and document with our team engineering, design, and content contributions for My VA
[x] Give CAIA advance notice on possible assistance with messaging within slim alert banners

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Documentation of discussions and findings

[x] Validated by Product (AJ, Samara)

Documentation for specific use cases with claims is currently lacking - we will likely need to do so ourselves.

From Jerek: "We are currently keying off of one of the flags we get from the Lighthouse Benefits Claims API (the API we are currently using for all claims data, and the one that My VA is also using as well). This is the documentation link: https://developer.va.gov/explore/api/benefits-claims/docs?version=current. If you expand the dropdown pictured and scroll down to the responses section, there is a Schema button inside the section for the first row (the one with 'Code' 200). This is all of the data that we (and My VA) have access to related to the list of claims for a given user"

@mattmarino-adhoc I'm going to close this out given that we're adding this exploration to the upcoming study. We'll continue to have conversations about this but for the initial scope of this ticket I think we're good 👍
