Purpose

Create the content for each Phase page.

Set voice for content "So you want to", more formal, etc.

Tasks

[x] Create content page for Phase V: Release prep
- [x] Document Steps
- [x] Include the activities, best practices, and pain points from the previous step (External Reviews)
- [x] Note Pain points (galactus)
- [x] Note Best Practices (use BP timeline)
- [x] Maybe "are you ready for the next phase?"
- [x] Maybe "are you ready for this phase?"

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Initial page created

Per team discussion and collab with @twoangstroms, we've decided to include the activities, best practices, and pain points from previous step (External Reviews) as part of Phase V: Release Prep. I've added this as a new task and adjusted the estimate from 2 points to 3.
