Dry run of AWS S3 bucket #74221

As we are changing from benefit intake to the new PEGA API solution, we need to understand what needs to change in our backend code. There will be multiple files and code that need changes . Currently we are using Benefits Intake API for our backend code. We will change these endpoints to upload our pdf files to a TEST AWS S3 bucket. These test files will not contain any PII information.
