Issue Description

The 526ez form gets updated when necessary. This epic covers the changes required on the digital 526ez form on va.gov to make it sync with the paper version.

NOTE: Paper versions of Form 21-0781, and Form 21-0781a are going to be combined and renamed - targeting release of new PDF by April 2024 as has to be done by June

The scope of this ticket includes identifying discrepancies between the digital and current paper versions of:

Form 21-0781, Statement in Support of Claim for Service Connection for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and
Form 21-0781a, Statement in Support of Claim for Service Connection for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Secondary to Personal Assault

This includes but is not limited to:

Content changes where the paper ancillary form content has been updated
Design/flow changes where the paper form change needs a design or flow change
Possible use of existing digitized forms

@pacerwow This sounds like this is to sync the paper form with the e-form. This should be covered in the new project to combine 0781 and 0781a to match the 2024 paper version. R&D are currently in the process defining the work which I believe will cover "locations and related changes for a sync with the paper version". I think we can close this ticket as it's related to the work in 0781 Redesign #81761 (cc @juliepedtke)
