We heard back from the Veteran and they are still seeing this issue. Nathan can address when he's back
just to clarify, Scott is going to turn on flipper now and Nathan will work on deploying to full production after confirmation from this one Veteran
Reassigning to @NB28VT to perform after corresponding PRs are merged and deployed to production. I've forwarded to Nathan the name and email address of the veteran for whom the feature should be enabled.
